Ava Grace Sapp
January 15, 2021 — February 3, 2021
Ava Grace Sapp, 19 days old infant daughter of Madison Sapp, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah.
In addition to her mother, Ava Grace is survived by her sister, Braylee Kate Smith; brothers, Charlie Sapp and Cager Sapp; her grandmother, Sherry Sapp; great grandmother, Margaret Eason; aunts and uncles, Katelynn & Dylan Lane, Chris Sapp, and Tyler & Savannah Sapp. Several other aunts, uncles, & cousins also survive.
A funeral service will held Sunday, February 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Rev. Lamar Lee officiating. Interment will follow in Omega Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Sapp and Tyler Sapp.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
