Billy Crews Jr

Billy Crews Jr., age 44, of Baxley passed away Thursday, March 3, 2023 at his residence under the care of Regency Southern Care Hospice.

Mr. Crews was born on August 31, 1978 and was a native of Appling County. He was employed with Odum Powers Farm. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lloyd & Sarah Johnson and paternal grandparents, Barry & Lillian Crews.

Survivors include his parents, Billy & Mary Crews; sister, Torrie Crapps; nephew, Chad Allen Crapps; niece, Sumer Sasha Crapps; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Pastor Agnes Sellers and Bishop Randy Sellers officiating. Interment will follow in Deen Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be B. J. Crews, Austin Martin, Kevin Spivey, Chad Crapps, Austin Thompson, and William Breedlove.

Honorary pallbearers will be all friends in attendance.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service at Swain Funeral Home.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
