Bobby Gene Harp

Bobby Gene Harp, age 84, of Baxley passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at his residence.

Mr. Harp was born on June 7, 1938 to the late Lloyd Harp and the late Cecile Roberts Harp. He was a self employed hydraulics repairman and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Harp.

Survivors include his step daughters, Ann Ochoa, Sandra Jones, and Keitha Ray; step sons, Charlie Ray, Neil Ray, Kevin Ray,and Brian Ray, and two brothers, Tom Harp and Willard Harp.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 20, 2023 at 11:00 am from the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Miller officiating.

Interment will follow in Omega Cemetery with military honors.

Active pallbearers will be Carroll Hand, Casey Mullis, Daniel Miller, David Alexander, George Hand and John Hand.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Florida Flywheelers.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
