Carol Darlene Butler

Carol Darlene Butler, age 69, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2023 at her residence under the care of Regency Southern Care Hospice.

Mrs. Butler was born on April 19, 1953 in Macon, Georgia to the late Bernard Willard and the late Alma Crummey Willard.  She was a LPN at Chapman’s Nursing Home and was preceded in death by her husband, Julian Denny Butler and   sister, Bernadine Willard.

Survivors include her daughters, Kimberly (Wardell) Hampton of Baxley and Amy Butler of Largo, FL; sons, Carl Butler and Curtis Butler both of Baxley; brother, Daniel Willard of Florida. Grandchildren, Alex Hampton, Kylah Hampton, and Gage Butler also survive and a special friend and caregiver, Andi Strother.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 11:00 am at Miles Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Andy Williams officiating.

Honorary pallbearers will be Regency Southern Care Hospice.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
