Frances W. Yarbrough

Frances W. Yarbrough, age 94, of Appling County passed away Monday, November 25, 2024 at the Bacon County Hospital.

Mrs. Yarbrough was born March 21, 1930 in Hazlehurst to the late Thomas Turner Winge and the late Eula Mims Winge. She was a member of Mims Baptist Church and attended Bridgeford Church of God. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Juanita Branch and Sylvia Jean McDaniel. 

Survivors include her daughter, Mae Crapps Sellers of Baxley; brother, Thomas (Margaret) Winge of Hazlehurst; grandchildren, Kaysie Elizabeth (Derek) Igou, William Bradley (Abbie) Crapps, and Kaytlyn Grace Crapps; and great-grandchildren, Elyza Igou, Karver Igou, Amelia Crapps, Everleigh Crapps, Hendricks Harris, Hagan Harris, and Huxton Harris.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 2, 2024 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Rentz officiating. Interment will follow in Hazlehurst City Cemetery.

A visitation will be held one hour prior to the time of service.
