Gwyn Alyeene Havens

Gwyn Alyeene Havens, age 84, of Baxley, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at Memorial University Health Center in Savannah.

Mrs. Havens was born on May 21, 1942 in Calipatria, California to the late Clayton Gorman and Alyeene Gorman. She was a member of Asbury Church and was an Interior Designer. She was an ordain minister and was always available to offer wisdom, counseling, and comfort. Mrs. Havens was a talented artist who loved to paint and play the drums. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wickham Havens.

Survivors include her sons, Darren George of Baxley, Danny George of Texas; daughter, Clara Spell of Surrency; grandchildren, Dannielle (Rex) Hughes, Christopher (Marie)  Hutchins; great grandchildren, Katie Scott, Jordan Scott, Christian Herndon and Mason Hughes; and a great- great grandchild, Jackson Mincey also survive.
