Jennie Lynn Phillips

Jennie Lynn Phillips, age 46, of Monticello, Georgia died Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at her residence.

Ms. Phillips was born July 8, 1974 in Dekalb County. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Jeanette Baxley, and her paternal grandfather, Carey Phillips.

Survivors include her son Dustin Cotner of Covington; parents Pat & Marlyn Phillips of Monroe; brother Carey Phillips of Monroe; maternal grandfather, Wilton Baxley of Baxley; and paternal grandmother, Patsy Phillips of Eatonton. Three grandchildren, Dixie, Haliegh, and Ember; a nephew, Cody; and a niece, Samantha, also survive.
