Lilia Obenza Daniel

Lilia Obenza Daniel, age 90, of Baxley passed away Saturday, July 12, 2025 at South Georgia Hospice in Jesup.

Ms. Daniel was born February 20, 1935 in Cebu City, Philippines. She loved cooking and working in her yard and flower beds. She was a homemaker and was a member of St. Rosa of Lima Catholic Church.

Survivors include her son, Aaron Daniel of Baxley and one close friend, Helen Jordan.

A Graveside service will be held Friday, July 18, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Brewton Cemetery in Hagan with Father Anthony Madanu officiating.

A visitation will be held on Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Swain Funeral Home.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
