Loyce B. Kimberly

Loyce B. Kimberly, age 82, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 17, 2025.

Loyce was an extremely devoted wife and mother to her family. Her unconditional love was most outstanding in her Christian life. She was a member of Holiday Hill Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL and was a past member of the Eastern Star in Baxley. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur B. and Beulah M. Branch of Baxley, her husband, Ira J. Kimberly, brothers, Percy, Wilbur, Carol and James.

Survivors include her daughters, Janet K. (Mitchell) Justice of Douglas, Janice K. Jaxon and Michelle K. (Jim) Kelsey both of Jacksonville, FL; sisters, Mary Hyatt of Winter Haven, FL and Lee Ada Ray of Baxley; grandchildren Joe Silas, Caitlin Leslie, Benjamin (Kristen) Jaxon, and Erin Jaxon; great grandchildren, Amelia and River; and many nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 19, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Brown officiating.

Interment will follow in Deen Cemetery.

Active pallbearers are Joe Silas, Benjamin Jaxon, Matt Kline, Marshall Brannock, Mitchell Justice, and Derwin Kimberly.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
