Martha Marie Williams

Martha Marie Williams, age 98, of Jacksonville, Florida died Monday, April 18, 2016 in Jacksonville St. Vincent's Center.

Mrs. Williams was born March 5, 1918 in Appling County to the late Benjamin Gordon Williams and the late Addie Lou Crosby Williams. She was a member of Sun Coast Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida and retired from Anchor Hocking Glass Company after 32 years. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Willis Williams.

Mrs. Williams was survived by two sisters, Billie Trawick of Macon and Glenda Hooks of Jacksonville, Florida; one brother, Vernon Williams of Graham; a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 22, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Dubberly officiating.

Interment will follow in Graham Methodist Church Cemetery.

Active Pallbearers are Carroll Williams, Jimmy Trawick, Ritchie Williams, Ronnie Mullis, Johnny Whitten, Dennis Lee, Kelly Carr and Jerry Harvin.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service.
