Paul Jerome Sapp, Jr.

Paul Jerome Sapp, Jr., age 49, of Baxley passed away on Friday, September 18, 2026 at Appling Healthcare.

Paul was born on October 4, 1976 to the late Paul Jerome Sapp Sr. and the late Madeline Lightsey Sapp. He worked as a mechanic for Woody Folsom Ford and David Auto Sales. He was a member of Baxley Free Will Baptist Church. He loved fishing with his boys and watching the Atlanta Falcons. His greatest passion was spending time with his grandbabies.

Survivors include his wife, Stormie Sapp of Baxley; sons, Chase (Destiny) Cravey of Baxley, Dylan (Jordyn) Cravey of Baxley, Phillip Sapp of Baxley, and Preston (Emily) Sapp of Lyons, and sisters, Laura Norris of Baxley, Emily (David) Roberson of Surrency, and Selina Carter of Baxley. Ten grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 21, 2026 with the funeral service following at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Williamson and Rev. David Barber officiating. Interment will be in Midway Baptist Church Cemetery.

Active Pallbearers will be Dylan Cravey, Chase Cravey, Phillip Sapp, Preston Sapp, Kenny Leggon, and Jeremy Norris.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Employees of David Auto Sales and Employees of Woody Folsom Ford Quick Lane.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
