Vivian Lynette Carter, age 60, died Wednesday, June 28, 2017 in the Appling Healthcare System.
She was born December 17, 1956 in Plant City, Florida and was a homemaker. Mrs. Carter was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Conner.
Survivors include her husband, William A. “Billy” Carter of Baxley; children, Brenda, Crystal, Will and a step-daughter, Melissa; sisters, Linda & Judy; brother, Buddy and a grandson, Conner.
Arrangements were under the directions of Swain Funeral Home.
